Basic Principle: Be considerate
The parking space is in an industrial area, but there is no manufacturing business on site. The only noise comes from passing trucks. Beyond that, please do not use loud equipment and observe quiet hours at night.
Open Fire: Not allowed
Smoking: Allowed (please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly)
Pets are welcome, but please keep them on a leash. We also ask you to pick up after them and keep noise (such as barking) to a minimum.
No Trash Bins: Take all trash with you when you leave
Gray Water: Can be disposed of on site
Toilet Waste: No disposal possible on site
Respect Nature: Leave the place as you found it
Arrival & Departure
Arrival Time: Check-in is possible from 10:30 a.m. on the day of arrival. Check-in before 10:30 a.m. is not possible.
No Reception: This is a private short-term parking space, not a managed campsite. Check-in is self-service via QR code at the barrier.
Booking: You can conveniently make your booking online via our booking portal
Departure Time: Check-out is required by 10:15 a.m. at the latest on the day of departure. At 10:15 a.m., the electricity supply is automatically switched off.
Clean Up: Please take all trash with you (no waste disposal on site)

This is private land in a quiet rural area. No security personnel on site, but the location is secluded and peaceful.

The grass surface handles rain well. In extreme snow or ice, contact us before arrival to check access conditions.
