How to Book Your Stay

Your booking is quick and easy to make online via our booking portal direst.

1. Choose your pitch Select your desired dates and the pitch that best suits your needs. The currently available pitches are shown directly in the booking system.

2. Complete your booking To make a booking, you will need to create a user account or log in to your existing account. Complete your booking and payment online. Once your booking has been successfully completed, you will receive your booking confirmation and personal QR code.

3. Arrival & check-in Check-in is possible from 10:30 a.m. on the day of arrival. Check-in before 10:30 a.m. is not possible. Use your QR code at the barrier to enter the site and access your pitch. The electricity supply for your pitch will then be activated.

4. Electricity & water charged according to consumption A credit for electricity and water is provided with your booking. You only pay for what you actually use. Any remaining credit will be automatically refunded.

5. Departure & check-out Check-out is required by 10:15 a.m. at the latest on the day of departure. At 10:15 a.m., the electricity supply is automatically switched off and any remaining credit is refunded.

Want to extend your stay?

Would you like to stay longer? No problem: You can make a new booking for the additional period. With the new booking, you will need to check in again from 10:30 a.m. on the new arrival day. Simply use the QR code from your new booking at the barrier. The electricity supply will only be activated again after this check-in.

Please note: Your stay is not extended automatically. Please make a new booking for any additional nights in good time.
